Frequently asked questions Good to know
Until when must the room be vacated on the day of departure?
Your hotel room is available until 11:00 am on the day of departure. You can also use your key cards until this time. If you wish, you can already receive the hotel bill the evening before.
Are there rooms for allergy sufferers?
Yes, we have rooms that are specially designed for allergy sufferers. If you have any questions on this subject, please feel free to contact us. Among others, our housekeeper is the contact person on site in this regard.
Does each room have a balcony or terrace?
Each room is equipped with either a balcony or a terrace. We would like to ask you to be considerate of other guests and to adjust the volume on the balcony or terrace from 22:00 so that all guests of our house can enjoy their stay.
Is there a safe in each room?
Each room is equipped with its own safe. A central safe is located at the reception desk. We would like to point out that the hotel does not assume any liability for the valuables stored in the room.
Are dogs allowed?
Pets are welcome in our house. However, we ask for your understanding that for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in our restaurant Ruiani and the fireplace room as well as in our wellness areas.
Is there a telephone connection in the hotel rooms?
All rooms are equipped with two telephones each. The connection is an analog line. To get an outside line, please dial "0". To call from room to room, just dial the desired room number.
Is there a wi-fi connection in the hotel?
The hotel has wireless LAN. You will find instructions on how to connect to the network in the black room folder on the desk of your room.
Is there a baby crib in the hotel room?
If you need an extra baby crib, please ask at our reception.
